We cut these very full through the hip and thigh so the striped linen blend hangs straight without catching. The light green and white lines run vertical from the gathered waist down to the wide hem. Side pockets sit slightly dropped along the outseam to keep the front clean.

• Wide leg cut. The legs run wide from the high rise all the way to the hem. That extra cloth gives the linen room to swing as you walk and lets air move through the weave on hot days.
• Elastic drawstring waist. We built the waistband with a broad elastic core and an exterior drawstring. You pull the cord to set the rise where you want it without the band pinching or rolling over.
• Dropped side pockets. Two deep pockets sit low on the hips. We anchored them into the side seams so carrying keys or a phone does not pull the front panels out of line.
• Washing and care. Wash on a gentle cycle in cool water or hand wash. Line dry in the shade to protect the stripe pattern and the linen yarn. A quick pass with a steam iron resets the weave.
