Straight to the clothes

No drama

If it doesn't fit

Loose cuts forgive a lot, but not everything. When a piece misses, the way back is simple: the return runs through our retail partner, under the same window and rules as anything else bought there.

The short version

Open the order in the account you bought with, choose the item, pick a reason, and follow the label instructions. Money goes back by the partner's usual route once the piece is on its way.

Before you send it back

Two things worth trying first. Linen relaxes noticeably after one wash and a day of wear, so a slightly snug waist often settles. And if the length is the only problem, these fabrics hem easily; a wide linen leg takes a machine hem in ten minutes.

What we can do

We cannot move the partner's decisions, but if a cut keeps coming back for the same reason, tell us. Pieces with a pattern of fit complaints get pulled from the closet.
