A mailbox and a desk, nothing more. There is no rack of pants to browse, no fitting room, and a parcel sent here will never meet an order.

What we can help with

Sizing doubts between two cuts, fabric questions, a broken link, a price that looks stale, or a piece you loved that vanished from the closet. Also corrections: if we wrote something wrong about a fabric or a fit, we want to know.

What has to go to the retail partner

Anything about a placed order: where the parcel is, changing an address, sending a piece back. Those live in the account you bought with, and we cannot see into it. The order page there has the buttons you need.
