Vertical stripes in black and pale green run down a very loose, wide-leg cut. We built this shape with a generous rise and room through the hips, pulling inspiration from harem trousers. The linen blend softens as you wash it and hangs straight to the floor without clinging.

• Wide leg cut. The leg opens wide right from the hip down to the hem. It gives the fabric plenty of space to catch the air and move, keeping the hem loose around your ankles rather than binding at the knee.
• Striped linen weave. Black and soft green stripes run vertically through the linen blend cloth. The weave is light, dry to the touch, and settles into natural creases after a day of wear without losing its shape.
• Drawstring waistband. An elastic band circles the entire waist, anchored by an adjustable front tie. You can pull it tight or wear it lower on the hips depending on where you want the hem to fall.
• Dropped side pockets. We set two deep pockets into the side seams below the gather. They sit flat against the hip when empty and hold small essentials without pulling down the waistband.
