A pale yellow stripe run down an open linen weave. We cut these with a generous palazzo leg that opens into high side slits, finished with a curved hemline. The waistband gathers with elastic and ties with a self-fabric cord.

Leg cut and side slits. The wide palazzo shape hangs straight from the hip down to a cropped length. High side slits open up the lower leg, allowing the fabric to catch air and move cleanly when you walk.
Elastic drawstring waistband. We gathered the waist on wide elastic so it sits flat without pinching. A matching drawcord lets you reset the tension as the linen softens through the day.
Rounded slit hem. Instead of a square turn-up, we curved the outer hem where the side seams split. The rounded edge gives the wide leg an easier drape over sandals.
Woven stripe and care. The yellow vertical stripe is woven into lightweight linen that softens with every cycle. Wash in cool water on a gentle setting, hang to dry, and press with steam while still damp.
