We cut these wide palazzo legs with open side slits that break at the calf and swing as you walk. The linen weave stays light and vents heat on warm days. An elastic waist with a functional drawcord keeps the top block easy.

  • Slit curved hem. Deep side splits open up the lower leg, letting the fabric move like a split skirt. The hem curves upward at each outseam so the wide leg never drags or catches around the ankles.
  • Drawcord elastic waist. A wide elastic band sits flat without pinching, backed by a matching self-fabric drawcord. You can tie it snug or let it sit loose on the hips.
  • Bean paste stripe. Woven vertical stripes run down the leg in a soft bean paste tone over natural white. The pattern elongates the line of the loose palazzo shape without adding weight.
  • Linen wash care. Wash on a gentle cycle or by hand in cool water, then hang the pants to dry. Linen softens with each wash. A quick steam smooths the weave if you prefer less texture.
