We cut these palazzo pants with a wide, open leg that falls like a divided skirt. The coffee stripe runs vertical through the weave, broken at the lower calf by high side slits and a rounded hem. An elastic band with an exterior drawcord anchors the waist without pinching.

Leg cut and split hem. The legs carry full palazzo width all the way down to a rounded hem. Deep side slits open the outer seams, letting air move across the calf and giving the linen room to swing as you walk.
Elastic drawcord waist. The waistband gathers with wide internal elastic and an exterior drawcord. You can tie it high on the waist or let it sit loose on the hips without losing the straight drop of the fabric.
Coffee stripe weave. Lightweight linen woven with vertical coffee stripes gives the surface a dry, soft hand. The weave lets heat escape quickly and takes on gentle wrinkles through a day of wear.
Washing and care. Wash by hand or on a gentle cycle in lukewarm water. Hang the pants to dry away from direct heat to protect the linen fibres, then press with a warm steam iron while damp.
