We cut these trousers wide through the hip and thigh, then bring the volume back in slightly toward the hem. The black and khaki stripe runs vertically to ground the full leg shape. A soft linen and rayon blend keeps the drape relaxed and lets heat clear out quickly.

• Barrel leg shape. We built a curved leg line that bows out through the calf and tapers gently at the bottom hem. The shape stays roomy off the skin without dragging underfoot, giving the fabric room to move naturally when you walk.
• Drawstring elastic waistband. The wide waistband combines encased elastic with an exterior flat cord. It pulls on easily and sits flat against the waist, letting you adjust the rise higher or lower depending on how you prefer to wear the leg.
• Dropped pouch pockets. We set deep patch pockets low on the front hip with tucked pleat seams along the opening. They sit flat against the striped weave when empty and hold small essentials without pulling the side seams out of line.
• Linen blend care. This linen and rayon weave softens with wear and wash cycles. Machine wash on a gentle cycle or hand wash in cool water, then hang the pants to dry. Use a warm steam iron if you want to smooth deeper wrinkles.
