We cut these trousers wide through the thigh and tuck the volume back in slightly toward the hem for a soft barrel profile. The linen and rayon blend hangs straight without clinging. Black and beige stripes run vertically from the gathered waistband down to the ankle.

• Barrel leg shape. We built generous room into the upper leg and used tucked pleat seams to round the silhouette before it reaches the hem. The cut stays clear of the skin and moves easily as you walk.
• Gathered drawstring waist. The pull-on waistband combines an internal elastic casing with an adjustable flat drawstring. It stays put at your natural waist or sits lower on the hips without biting into you.
• Dropped pouch pockets. We set deep pouch pockets low on the front hips. They sit flat when empty and are deep enough to hold a phone without pulling down on the side seams.
• Linen blend care. Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cool or warm water, or wash by hand. Hang the pants to dry naturally to protect the weave. A steam iron smooths out laundry creases.
