A deep wine corduroy trouser built with substantial ribs that hold warmth through cold mornings. We set a high rise on an elasticated casing with a matching tie, then dropped the legs straight and wide so the cloth falls without clinging. You get full movement through the stride and an easy drape at the shoe.

• Adjustable high waistband. We gathered the top block with internal elastic and threaded a self-fabric drawstring through the channel. It stays put at your natural waist without biting when you sit down for hours.
• Straight wide leg. The cut drops straight from the hip down to the hem. Roomy side seams let the ribbed fabric swing freely, keeping the silhouette clean and uncluttered around the calves.
• Corduroy fabric weight. The cotton wales run vertically, catching the light across the wine dye. It is a medium-weight cloth with enough body to hold its shape while softening with regular wear.
