We cut this pair wide and long in a soft stretch knit. The waistband is broad with side shirring, designed to sit high or fold down over the hips when you want a shorter drop. It hangs loose from the waist right through to the hem.

• Wide shirred waist. The waistband is cut wide with gathered side stitching that stays flat without biting. You can wear it pulled up high or folded over at the hip line to change the rise and slightly shorten the hem length.
• Straight wide leg. We kept the leg opening broad and straight all the way down. The stretch knit fabric has enough weight to fall cleanly away from the thigh, giving you plenty of room to move around the house or outdoors.
• Deep side pockets. Two inset side pockets sit along the seam line. They are deep enough to hold a phone or keys without pulling the waist down or bunching up the side profile of the trousers.
• Mocha knit care. The fabric is a lightweight synthetic stretch knit in a solid mocha brown tone. Machine wash in cold water with like colours and hang to dry or tumble on low heat to keep the knit smooth.
