We cut these trousers from midweight black corduroy to give you warmth and room through the colder months. The high waist combines an elastic band with an exterior drawstring so the trousers stay up without binding. The legs drop straight down from the hip, keeping the line clean and generous.

• High waist with tie. An encased elastic band sits high on the waist. We ran a matching drawcord through the front channel so you can knot it where you prefer without pulling the back tight.
• Straight wide leg. The cut stays wide from the thigh down to the bottom opening. It leaves plenty of space around the calves and ankles, letting the ridged corduroy fall in long, unbroken vertical folds.
• Black corduroy cloth. The fabric has a distinct vertical rib that holds warmth when the temperature drops. In solid black, the textured ridges catch the light softly while keeping the overall tone quiet and uniform.
