We cut these trousers wide through the thigh and straight down to the hem. The corduroy has fine ribs that trap air for cooler days, dyed in a deep dark brown. A gathered elastic waist with an exterior drawstring sits high and stays put without pinching.

• High drawstring waist. The elastic band sits high on the natural waist. We threaded an adjustable cord through the casing so you can tie it tight or leave it relaxed depending on how you layer underneath.
• Straight wide leg. We kept the leg opening broad from the hip down. The straight cut gives the heavier corduroy enough room to swing as you walk instead of clinging around the knees or calves.
• Dark brown ribs. The dark brown dye settles deep into the valleys between each ridge of the corduroy pile. The fabric has a soft hand, holding warmth well while keeping its structured fall.
• Wash and care. Turn these trousers inside out before washing to protect the corduroy ribs from friction in the drum. Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle and hang them up to dry.
