We cut these pantaloons with generous volume through the thigh that gathers back into a banded, lace-trimmed cuff. The white linen blend breathes well in warm weather and softens as you wash it. An elastic waistband with a functional drawcord anchors the rise without pinching.

Gathered hem and lace. The lower leg tapers into a gathered cuff finished with a wide tier of ruffled lace. This pulls the balloon shape inward so the fabric does not drag along the floor.
Elastic and tie waist. A wide elastic band sits flat across the waist and stays put without binding. We ran an exterior drawstring through the channel so you can adjust the tension directly.
Linen blend fabric. The lightweight white linen blend holds enough structure to support the gathered lantern leg while venting heat on warm days. It develops a softer hand and natural wash crinkles over time.
Pockets and wash care. Deep side pockets sit along the hip seams to carry small items without distorting the drape. Wash on a gentle cycle, avoid bleach, and dry on low heat to protect the lace work.
