We cut these wide-leg trousers from a light linen blend in a muted bean paste and white stripe. The high rise settles comfortably on an elastic drawstring waist that stays put without pinching. Down at the ankle, a gathered ruffle hem finishes each wide leg.

Elastic drawstring waist. An elastic waistband anchors the high rise, paired with an adjustable front drawstring. It rests flat across the hips and lets the linen drape straight down without gathering bulk around the middle.
Ruffled ankle hem. The wide palazzo leg drops clean from the thigh and finishes in a gathered ruffle cuff. This extra weight at the hem gives the fabric gentle movement as you walk.
