A wide palazzo leg meets a relaxed harem drape. We shaped these cropped trousers from a lightweight linen blend in rust red with white dots, giving the fabric room to vent heat. An adjustable drawstring over an elastic waistband keeps the rise settled without pinching.

  • Elastic drawstring waist. We gathered the top block with a soft elastic casing and added a functional front tie. It pulls in smoothly when you want to cinch it and lets the fabric fall loose through the hips.
  • Cropped wrap split hem. The wide leg stops above the ankle and opens at the side seam in a wrap split. That split lets air move through the leg as you walk and keeps the wide hem from dragging on footwear.
  • Lightweight linen blend. The weave mixes linen for structure with softer yarns for drape. It softens after washing, holds a gentle rumple without turning stiff, and lets breezes through on warm afternoons.
  • Wash and care. Wash by hand or on a gentle machine cycle in cool water. Hang them to dry so the linen fibers keep their shape, and use a warm steam iron to lift deep creases.
