We cut this long duster wide through the body so it catches the air and floats off the shoulders. The linen blend is light and open, dyed in a muted gray blue. It closes with a simple front tie or hangs open over tanks and swimwear. Lantern sleeves and a gathered lower tier give the drape some weight.

• Open front and ties. Two fabric ties fasten at the front chest, leaving the lower body open to move. You can knot them loose to change how the neckline sits or let them hang untied like a light coat.
• Lantern sleeves. The sleeves are cut loose through the arm and gather into soft elastic cuffs at the wrist. You can push them up the forearm to hold volume or wear them long.
• Tiered ruffle hem. We added a pleated lower tier across the bottom hem. The extra seam creates natural folds in the lightweight linen blend so the hem settles without bunching when you walk.
• Wash and care. Wash cold on a gentle cycle and line dry in the shade to keep the weave soft. The fabric naturally settles into soft wrinkles; if you iron, use low heat.
