We cut this open-front duster loose and long from a sheer, airy linen blend. It ties across the chest or hangs open over tanks and swimwear. Lantern sleeves with elastic cuffs balance the wide volume through the body and tiered hem. Finished in light apricot with two side pockets for everyday utility.

• Tie front and sleeves. A simple self-fabric tie fastens the front while leaving the skirt free to swing. The dropped lantern sleeves gather into soft elastic cuffs that push up easily.
• Tiered ruffle hem. We built the lower sweep with pleated tiers to weight the hemline. The layered gather pulls the light weave down so it floats instead of clinging.
• Two side pockets. Two functional patch pockets sit flat against the side seams below the waist. They are set low enough to hold a phone or keys without pulling the open front out of shape.
• Washing and care. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and line dry in the shade to protect the sheer weave. Skip chlorine bleach. A warm iron smooths the natural wrinkles after washing.
