A wide palazzo leg cut from an airy linen blend that vents warm air easily. We built the front with pleats, a clean zip closure, and hook and eye fastening, then gathered the back waistband over elastic for give. Belt loops sit flat at the waist, and two slant pockets take care of hands.

• Waistband and front pleats. The waistband sits high with a tailored front tab, belt loops, and neat front pleats. We set an elastic panel across the back waist so the band settles into place without binding during long seated hours.
• Wide palazzo leg. The leg falls straight from the hip into a wide hem with full A-line volume. The linen-blend weave gives the stripe pattern a steady, vertical hang that moves away from the legs instead of clinging.
• Side slant pockets. Two deep slant pockets sit along the side seams where hands rest naturally. We set the pocket bags flat beneath the front pleats to keep the hip line smooth and avoid bunching.
• Washing and linen care. Wash by hand or on a gentle machine cycle with cool water. Hang on a line to air dry instead of using a heated dryer, and press with a steam iron while the fabric is slightly damp.
