We cut these palazzo trousers wide through the thigh down to a broad hem that moves easily. The linen blend keeps its open texture while dropping straight without clinging. An elastic smocked band anchors the high waist, paired with a matching drawstring to secure the fit. Small fabric ruffles run down each pocket opening.

Smocked waistband. The wide smocked waist band gives firm stretch across the middle, backed by an adjustable tie cord. It stays put high on the hips without biting or folding over as you walk.
Pocket construction. Deep side pockets are inset along the hips to hold small items. We finished the outer edge of each pocket opening with a soft self-fabric ruffle for subtle texture.
