These trousers start with a structured front waistband and loosen toward the hem. We set a clean zip with a hook and eye closure at the front, then ran elastic through the back so the waist settles comfortably without pulling. The wide A-line cut drops straight from the hip in an earthy green floral print.

• Waistband and front closure. We tailored the front flat with belt loops and subtle pleats, securing it with a zip fly and hidden hook. The back waistband is gathered on elastic with rear darts to keep the rise sitting flat against you.
• Palazzo leg and drape. The volume builds from the hip down into a wide, sweeping hem. It is an A-line cut with room through the thighs, letting the lightweight linen blend hang loose and catch the air as you walk.
• Slant side pockets. Two deep slant pockets sit along the side seams. We positioned them so they rest flat against the front pleats rather than bulging outward when you rest your hands inside.
• Linen blend wash care. Wash on a gentle cycle or by hand in warm water, then line dry out of direct sun. Skip the tumble dryer and bleach to protect the botanical print. A quick steam smooths out heavy wrinkles.
