We cut these palazzo pants with wide legs and a harem-style drape that lets the fabric hang loose from the hips down. The purple and rose pink stripe runs down the length of the linen blend, while an elastic waistband with an adjustable drawstring anchors the top without tight pressure.

• Waistband and drawcord. An elastic waistband sits flat and adjusts with a matching drawstring cord. The pull lets you set the rise where you want it without binding across the middle.
• Leg cut and volume. We patterned these with wide legs and a low harem taper that gives the fabric room to sway. The linen blend hangs straight down to the hem without clinging.
