We cut these loose palazzo trousers from a soft, open linen blend patterned in yellow vertical stripes. The elastic waist adjusts with a self-fabric drawcord, while the legs fall wide and finish with an overlapping split hem near the ankle. They vent warm air easily and soften after the first wash.

Elastic drawstring waist. An elastic channel keeps the top block steady against the waist while the front drawstring adjusts the gather. The rise sits deep so the trousers rest naturally without pinching or binding.
