We cut these cropped palazzo trousers with wide, airy legs that fall loose from the hip. The woven linen blend stays cool in direct sun and softens after washing. Vertical black and white stripes run straight down the seams to ground the slouchy silhouette.

• Elastic drawstring waist. We built the waistband with a broad elastic casing and a flat front tie. It settles naturally at the mid waist without pinching when you sit.
