We cut this green pant with a generous harem rise and wide legs that fall away from the hips without clinging. The fabric is a lightweight linen blend that softens after washing and lets air pass through. An elastic waistband with a matching drawstring keeps the cut anchored where you set it.

Harem rise and wide leg. The seat is cut low and wide to give the legs room to move freely. Volume stays through the thigh and drops straight down to an open hem.
Elastic drawstring waistband. We gathered the waist on an elastic band and threaded it with a self-fabric tie. It pulls in smoothly without pinching the skin.
Dropped side pockets. Two deep side pockets sit low along the hips to hold small items. They are stitched flat into the side seams so they stay out of the way.
Linen blend care. Wash by hand or on a gentle machine cycle in lukewarm water. Hang the trousers to dry away from high heat to preserve the weave.
