We cut these lounge pants from a midweight cotton blend fleece that holds its shape through the leg. The volume curves outward below the hip and draws in toward the ankle, leaving the calf unpinned. Delicate lace ribbon runs down each outer seam to break up the dense knit.

• Barrel leg cut. The leg bows out through the thigh and knee before narrowing slightly at the lower hem. This shape keeps the fleece off the skin while keeping the ankle clear of shoes.
• Lace side seams. We stitched a band of open lace directly over the outer leg seams. It adds texture against the smooth knit face without pulling or binding when you walk.
• Drawstring elastic waistband. A wide elastic band sits at the natural waist and anchors with a flat drawstring. It stays flat against the waist and does not roll when you sit.
• Pockets and wash care. Deep side pockets sit along the forward seam to hold small items without sagging. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and tumble dry on low heat.
