We cut these pants with a high rise and an exaggerated curved barrel leg that tapers toward the ankle. The light brown corduroy holds warmth through cooler months, broken up across the knees by structured plaid patchwork panels. An elastic waistband with a matching drawcord anchors the generous volume through the hips and thighs.

• Curved barrel leg. The leg bows outward from the hip down through the thigh before pulling back in at the lower hem. This rounded cut keeps the heavy fabric away from the shins without dragging along the ground.
