We built these palazzo trousers with generous room through the thigh and calf. The lightweight linen blend hangs straight down to a clean hem, catching the air as you walk. A smocked waistband sits flat against the waist, anchored by an adjustable tie cord. The floral print runs across a warm brown ground.

• Smocked waistband and cord. The elastic channel is sewn with multiple rows of fine shirring to distribute tension evenly around the waist. An adjustable drawstring threads through the front, allowing you to loosen or tighten the fit without pinching.
• Ruffled side pockets. We set functional pockets into the side seams and finished the pocket openings with gathered ruffle trim. The bags are cut deep enough to hold keys or a small phone without pulling the outer line out of shape.
• Full palazzo leg. The cut widens steadily from the hip down to an open hem. This wide profile keeps the linen off your skin, letting heat escape while giving the fabric enough weight to swing naturally with your stride.
• Linen care and wash. Wash in cool or lukewarm water on a gentle cycle, or wash by hand. Hang the trousers to dry away from high heat, and use a steam iron across the reverse side to smooth deep wrinkles.
