We cut these wide palazzo legs with a relaxed fall from the hip down. The water blue stripe sits on a light linen blend that softens after washing. Along the outer leg, a small ruffle seam breaks the line and keeps the hem moving when you walk.

Smocked drawstring waist. A wide band of elastic gathers around the middle and adjusts with a self fabric cord. It pulls on easily and stays set without digging into your sides.
Wide leg with side ruffle. The legs cut wide from the upper thigh down to an open hem. We set a soft ruffle along the outer side seam to add weight and subtle detail to the drape.
Water blue stripe blend. We chose a light linen blend weave that lets warm air move through. The cool blue vertical stripe is woven directly into the fabric texture and relaxes with each wear.
Wash and air dry. Hand wash or run on a gentle cycle in cool water. Hang on a line away from direct heat to dry, and use a steam iron to relax linen wrinkles.
