We cut these harem pants with wide, curved legs that billow through the calf and gather back above the ankle. The rust-red linen blend carries a small white dot print and softens with every wash cycle. Deep side pockets and hems are bordered with stitched lace trim.

• Curved lantern leg. Volume swells through the thigh and calf before pulling inward at the cropped lower hem. The lantern shape keeps fabric away from the shins while allowing air to move freely beneath the linen blend.
• Elastic waist and tie. A wide elastic band sits flat across the waistline without pinching. We added an adjustable drawstring through the casing so you can reset the tension whenever you sit, walk, or pack them down for travel.
• Lace inset pockets. Two deep slant pockets are anchored into the side seams to hold small items without sagging. We stitched openwork lace along the pocket openings and repeated the trim around each gathered ankle cuff.
