We cut these with an open barrel leg that holds its shape away from the calf. The linen blend is light, washed for softness, and printed in a classic brown check. A clean high waist sits flat across the front and gathers over an elastic band in the back.

• Leg and volume. The leg widens through the thigh and curves gently back toward the ankle. This barrel shape gives the linen room to catch air without trailing on the floor.
• Waist and rise. A high rise anchors the cut. The front waistband stays smooth while the back uses encased elastic to hold the pants in place without pinching.
