We cut these barrel trousers with extra volume through the mid-leg that pulls back inward toward the ankle. The linen and rayon blend keeps the fabric light while letting the tucked pleats hold their curved shape. An elastic waistband with a flat drawstring lets the rise sit where you want.

• Curved barrel leg. The leg arcs out below the hip and curves back inward at the hem through tucked pleats. This shape keeps the hem off the ground while leaving the knee loose.
• Elastic and drawstring waist. An elastic band runs the full circle of the waist, backed by a matching drawstring. You can pull the waistband high on the ribs or drop it down onto the hips.
• Dropped pouch pockets. We set deep pouch pockets into the front seams rather than the side edges. They hang flat against the linen and do not pull the leg shape sideways when loaded.
