We cut these with volume through the thigh that bows out and pulls back in toward the ankle. The linen blend is light and breathes in warm weather. A simple drawstring waist keeps the top flat while the legs carry the room.

Barrel leg shape. The pattern curves wide through the mid-leg before tapering down at the cuff. This gives you space to walk without dragging extra cloth around your feet.
Drawstring waistband. We put an elastic channel at the waist with an adjustable cord through the front. It pulls tight without digging and sits flat against the hips.
Dropped pouch pockets. The front pockets are sewn deep into the side seams. They hold small items below the hip line so the front of the pant stays clean.
Linen blend care. Wash cold on a gentle cycle or wash by hand. Hang them on a line to dry and press with a steam iron while the fabric is slightly damp.
