A curved barrel leg gives these track pants their shape, bowing out through the thigh before tapering down to the ankle. We cut them in dark gray from a soft cotton blend with contrast piping down the outer leg. The wide elastic waist holds with an adjustable drawstring.

• Curved barrel leg. The leg bows outward through the thigh and narrows toward the ankle, leaving plenty of room through the seat. It falls loose without dragging on the floor.
• Elastic drawstring waistband. We gathered the waist on wide elastic and threaded a drawstring through the channel. You can tighten or loosen it without the band digging into your waist.
• Contrast side piping. Thin contrast piping runs straight down the outer side seam of each leg. The line breaks up the dark gray knit and marks the outer edge of the curved cut.
• Cotton blend fleece. The knit blends cotton for softness with polyester to help the fabric hold its shape through repeated wash cycles. Wash cold and dry flat or tumble low.
