We cut these culottes with a wide, cropped leg that falls clear of the ankle. The knit fabric carries enough stretch to give when you sit or bend, while the deep rust red hue brings solid colour into the cooler months. A drawstring waistband keeps the rise resting easy at your waist.

Wide cropped leg. The leg opens broad from the hip and finishes in a clean, cropped hem. That extra room lets air move freely around the calves while keeping the bottom hem well off the ground.
Drawstring waistband. A flat elastic band anchors the top, threaded with a matching tie. You cinch it to where you want it to sit on your hips, so the rise stays put without digging in.
Deep side pockets. We set the pockets directly into the side seams. They sit flat against the hip when empty and drop deep enough to hold a phone or a key ring securely.
Soft stretch knit. The fabric is a flexible jersey knit with a smooth hand and crosswise stretch. Wash it cold on a gentle cycle, then hang it up to dry so the seams stay true.
