We cut these very loose through the leg with a dropped rise borrowed from traditional harem pants. The linen blend keeps the weight down and lets warm air pass right through. An elastic waistband with an adjustable drawstring anchors the volume at your natural waist without binding.

• Cut and leg volume. We give the legs a full palazzo width that falls straight from the hips to the ankle hem. The dropped rise adds extra ease through the seat, so the fabric hangs free rather than pulling when you walk or sit down.
• Rust red stripe. The vertical stripe pairs rust red against a natural beige ground. Running the lines top to bottom gives the wide yardage clear direction, while the woven texture keeps the contrast soft.
• Waistband and deep pockets. An elastic band runs the full circumference of the waist and adjusts with a self-fabric drawstring. We inset deep patch-style pockets into the sides, placing them low enough so carrying small items does not distort the front drape.
