We cut these very wide through the leg for maximum ease, combining palazzo room with a relaxed harem drape. The khaki and beige stripes run vertical down the weave to balance the volume. A soft drawstring waist anchors the fit where you want it.

• Wide palazzo leg. The leg falls straight and wide from the hip down to a generous hem. The linen blend holds enough weight to swing naturally as you walk without clinging.
• Drawstring waistband. We built an elastic band into the waist and ran an adjustable cord through the middle. You can pull it tight or wear it low on the hips.
• Dropped side pockets. Two deep pockets sit right along the side seams. We dropped them low enough so carrying keys or a phone will not pull against the waistband.
• Linen care. Wash by hand or on a gentle cycle in cool water, then hang the pants to dry. Linen softens with each wash and presses easily with a steam iron.
