We cut these culottes with a high rise and wide legs that fall clear of the ankle. The soft knit has plenty of stretch and vents heat on warm days. A broad waistband stays anchored with an adjustable cord so the fabric hangs loose without slipping down.

Drawstring elastic waistband. The waistband uses a wide band of encased elastic paired with a flat drawstring. You can pull it snug or leave it relaxed depending on how high you choose to wear the rise.
Cropped palazzo leg. The leg widens from the hip and finishes well above the ankle bone. This open cut keeps the hem off the ground and lets cool air move around your shins as you walk.
Heather light gray knit. This pale heather gray knit is spun for softness and knitted with generous cross-grain give. It moves easily during morning stretches and washes clean without losing its drape.
Deep side pockets. We set two deep pockets directly into the side seams. They sit flat against the hip when empty and hold a phone or keys without dragging the waistband down.
