We cut these trousers from textured corduroy with room through the seat and thighs. Front pleats give the high rise its shape before the leg tapers down to a rolled plaid cuff. The camel ribs hold warmth for cooler days without feeling stiff.

• Corduroy ribs in camel. The textured wales add weight and trap warmth through fall and winter. We chose camel because the medium tan shows the depth of the weave and softens with every wash.
• Pleated high waist. Front pleats build volume at the high rise so the fabric sits away from the hips. The waistband stays secure while leaving plenty of ease through the seat.
• Tapered harem cut. The leg stays wide through the thigh and narrows toward the ankle. It gives you the easy movement of a harem pant without loose hem fabric getting in your way.
• Plaid turn-up cuff. We finished the hem with a contrast plaid lining that shows when cuffed. Turn the hem up over boots or leave it straight depending on how you wear them.
