We cut this blouse with a lace-trimmed V-neck and three-quarter sleeves for warm weather. The body runs closer through the chest and shoulders than our loose tunics, falling straight to the hem. In black floral, the dark ground breaks up the botanical pattern.

• Lace neckline. The open V-neck is finished with narrow lace along the edge. It lies flat across the collarbone and keeps the front light.
• Three-quarter sleeve. The sleeves end past the elbow with an unbanded hem. They leave the wrists free and catch the breeze through a looser cut.
• Linen blend cloth. We use a lightweight linen blend with an open weave. The cloth softens with wear, lets heat escape, and holds enough body to stay off the skin.
• Washing and care. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle and hang to dry. If you press it, use a warm iron while the linen blend is still damp.
