We cut these palazzo trousers wide through the hip and leg so air moves freely around you. The linen weave stays loose from the waistband down to the straight hem. A pale olive stripe runs vertically through the yardage to give the wide cut direction.

• Elastic drawstring waist. We set a wide elastic band inside the waist casing and threaded a soft tie through the front. It sits where you place it without binding when you sit down.
• Straight palazzo leg. The leg drops straight from the hip with no taper at the ankle. That extra volume lets the linen hang away from the skin and catch the air as you walk.
• Woven stripe fabric. We used a lightweight linen blend woven with muted green stripes. The fabric softens with every wash, holding its natural texture and relaxed drape through warm days.
• Pockets and care. Deep side pockets sit along the side seams to hold daily items flat. Wash on a gentle cycle or by hand in warm water, skip the machine dryer, and line dry.
