We cut these trousers from midweight black corduroy that holds warmth and retains its structure. A ribbed fold-over waistband sits low on the hips, leading into a relaxed leg that bows outward before tapering toward the shoe. Front patch pockets sit flat against the hip.

• Ribbed fold-over waist. The low-rise waistband uses an elastic core covered with ribbed fabric folded at the top edge. It pulls on without hardware and rests easy across the hips without digging.
• Bowed barrel cut. We shaped the outer leg with extra volume through the thigh and knee, then tapered the hem back inward. The structured corduroy supports the curve so the trouser keeps its shape when walking.
• Front patch pockets. Two deep patch pockets are stitched directly onto the front panels. They sit flat across the hip line and hold daily items without pulling down the waistband.
• Washing the wales. Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle to protect the corduroy pile and line dry or tumble dry low. The black ribs stay soft through regular wash cycles.
