These baggy trousers are built for cooler weather in a soft corduroy with a visible rib. We cut them with a dropped crotch, generous room through the thigh, and an ankle crop that clears your shoes. An elastic waistband gathers the top block so the volume hangs freely.

• Elastic pleated waistband. The waistband uses a wide elastic band that pulls on without hardware. Small gathers along the seam distribute the corduroy evenly around the waist, keeping the fit secure without pinching when you sit.
• Dropped crotch volume. We set the crotch low to give the seat and upper leg an open, relaxed shape. The fabric tapers gently toward the ankle, finished with short side slits at the hem so the cuffs break cleanly.
• Deep side pockets. Two inset pockets sit along the side seams, cut deep enough to hold a phone and keys securely. We anchored the pocket bags to stay flat against the hip without breaking the wide silhouette.
• Sun floral corduroy care. Wash these on a gentle cycle or by hand in cool water to keep the corduroy wales soft. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry, and use a low iron on the reverse side if needed.
