Ribbed corduroy holds warmth while keeping a relaxed drape through the cold months. We shaped these trousers with a low, dropped rise and deep pleats along the front waistband to give the legs full volume. Slits at the cropped hem keep the fabric moving freely over your shoes.

• Elastic pleated waistband. A wide elastic band anchors the top without digging in. We set soft gathers right below the waistband to release immediate room through the hips and seat, making the pull-on fit quick and unrestrictive.
• Dropped crotch cut. The low rise creates the classic harem silhouette, giving your legs full clearance to bend and walk. It keeps the fabric away from the inner thigh while maintaining a loose, relaxed profile down to the calf.
• Slitted cropped hems. We cropped the length so the hems clear the ankle cleanly. Short side vents at each cuff split the fabric open, preventing the heavy corduroy from bunching up around high socks or winter boots.
• Washing the ribs. Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water, or wash by hand to protect the raised wales of the corduroy. Tumble dry on low heat and use a low iron if you want to press the seams flat.
