We cut these loose trousers from a soft, ridged corduroy patterned with white dots over a warm coffee base. The gathered waistband sits flat without hardware, leading into a generous dropped rise and an easy barrel taper. Deep side pockets keep your hands free.

Gathered elastic waistband. A wide elastic band gathers the fabric evenly around the top. It pulls on without zips or buttons, holding firmly while leaving plenty of room through the hips.
Dropped rise and leg. We dropped the crotch and shaped the leg wide through the thigh before narrowing down toward the ankle. The volume stays loose and moves freely as you walk.
Slotted ankle hem. Short side slits break the lower hem above the shoe. The cropped length keeps the heavier corduroy from dragging, and the ridged wales add surface texture.
Care and wash. Wash on a gentle machine cycle or by hand in cool water. Tumble dry on low heat or hang flat, and press with a warm iron if needed.
