We built these sweatpants with an open, straight fall down the leg instead of an elastic cuff at the ankle. The light purple pink knit has enough substance to hang clean without clinging. An elastic waistband with a cord keeps the top secure while the rest of the cut stays loose.

• Wide palazzo leg. The leg runs wide through the thigh and drops straight to a broad lower hem. That extra room lets the knit drape without catching on your calf or bunching around your ankles when you walk.
• Patch pockets and seams. We set deep patch pockets right on the front panels so your hands rest naturally inside them. Exposed seam lines run down the garment, giving the flat knit surface visible structure and clean horizontal definition.
• Drawstring waist. A broad elastic band anchors the rise without pinching. We threaded an adjustable flat cord through the casing, which lets you cinch the waist as snug or loose as you prefer across the day.
