We cut these barrel trousers with wide legs that bow outward through the calves and taper slightly toward the lower hem. The dark red and white stripe uses broad vertical blocks across a lightweight linen blend. An adjustable drawstring anchors the waist without pinching.

• Barrel leg cut. The legs curve out from the hip down through the knee before pulling back in at the bottom. This barrel shape creates loose room without sweeping the ground or catching around your footwear.
• Drawstring waist. We built the waistband with an encased drawstring you can adjust and tie directly. It sits flat across the front and stays in place without tight bands squeezing your waist.
