We cut these ankle-length pants with extra volume through the leg and finished the hems with elastic tie ruffles. The high waist uses an adjustable drawstring so the fit stays loose without slipping. The light purple linen blend lets air move through and softens as you wash it. Two side pockets sit flat along the seams.

Drawstring waist. The elastic waistband sits high and adjusts with a self-fabric tie cord. It stays in place without pinching across the middle, letting the gathered fabric fall straight into the wide leg.
Ruffle ankle cuffs. We gathered the lower leg into an elastic cuff that finishes in a soft ruffle hem. The ankle crop keeps the volume off the ground and leaves plenty of room around the calves.
Linen blend drape. The lightweight linen blend has an open weave that vents warmth on hot days. It holds the wide palazzo shape while moving freely, picking up natural texture with each wash.
