We cut these cropped palazzo pants from a lightweight linen blend dyed in light army green. The wide leg falls straight from a high waist and finishes in a ruffled hem gathered with elastic. It gives the ankle room to move while keeping the fabric clear of the ground.

Flared ruffle hem. The lower leg opens wide before gathering into an elastic ruffle hem at the ankle. This detail weights the cut slightly, letting the leg hang cleanly without catching on shoes.
