We cut this short sleeve blouse with a closer line through the chest and waist than our wide swing tops. The lightweight linen and rayon blend hangs straight down to the hip without clinging. Along the open V-neck, we set a band of diamond lace that stays flat after washing.

• Lace neckline cut. We cut the neckline into an open V and framed the edge with diamond lace insert work. The band lies flat against the collarbone and keeps its shape across the front.
• Linen and rayon blend. The weave combines linen texture with the softer hang of rayon yarn. It vents warm air through the day, softens as you wear it, and drops straight without holding stiff folds.
• Body and hem cut. The torso is cut slightly closer through the chest before dropping to a straight hem at the hip. You can leave the hem loose over shorts or tuck it flat into a waistband.
